FOUNDER

Founder of Kudelski Real Estate. He leads the origination and development of the firm's projects, and holds the long view on every property it takes on. An active investor in Alpine real estate, with several projects under development in Verbier, he also holds ventures in hospitality, technology and finance.

An architect by training, and the firm's Head of Real Estate. He carries a project from the first sketch through to the handing over of the keys — the massing and the plan, the permit, the material schedule, the site. It is his eye that decides how the light falls in a room and where a wall is best left out.

Business development for Kudelski Real Estate, with deep Alpine development expertise. In Rougemont he built the Hôtel de Rougemont and several private residences. Co-Founder of Perim Hotels, a lifestyle hospitality operator, he brings the hospitality discipline to the firm's residential work — how a building is used, and how it is meant to feel.
